Vegetarian Moussaka (frozen) 550g

Layers of roasted eggplant, zucchini and potato and a rich tomato and lentil sauce, topped with an olive oil bechamel sauce and cheese.

Ready to bake in an oven or air fryer.

Our bakes are prepared with fresh ingredients and then refrigerated or frozen without being baked first. All proteins are cooked through and the meal is ready for it's first bake.

Meals can be thawed at 4°C and then cooked in a moderate oven (170-190°C), or cooked directly from the freezer in a low oven (140-160°C).

When you're finished with the container, the inside lining can easily be removed and it's then ready for home or commercial composting.

Heating instructions:  Heat oven to 180°C. Completely remove film/lid and cook for approximately 30 minutes or until hot.

Storage instructions: Store at or below 4°C. If frozen, store at or below -18°C. Thaw at or below 4°C before heating.
